Lori Holden, MA, writes at the award-winning site, LavenderLuz.com and hosts Adoption: The Long View podcast. She is the author of The Open-Hearted Way to Open Adoption, written with her daughter’s first mom and on required reading lists at adoption agencies around the US and Canada. She is a sought-after speaker by adoption agencies, camps, and support groups about shifting from an Either/Or mindset around adoption to a Both/And heartset. Lori has written for The Huffington Post, Parenting magazine, and Adoptive Families magazine and She is  co-host of Three Sides to Every Adoption, a video series on YouTube. Lori has volunteered with the Colorado Coalition of Adoptive Families and Heritage Camps for Adoptive Families. She lives in Denver with her husband and their two teenagers.
