Ā Julya Miner, DNP, RN, CPHRM, CPHQ, NEA-BC, LSSBB, RNC-OB, C-EFM brings over three decades of nursing andĀ healthcare leadership experience with a deep commitment to supportingĀ families through complex and vulnerable moments. Her work spans clinicalĀ care, quality, and risk management in diverse settings, including ruralĀ communities, tertiary care centers, and international environments.
She earned her BSN from Boise State University and her Doctor of NursingĀ Practice in Organizational Leadership from the University of Kansas MedicalĀ Center. She is an active member of AWHONN, ASHRM, and Sigma,Ā contributing her expertise through volunteer service at both local andĀ national levels.
From the Amazon region of Brazil to communities across the westernĀ United States, she has served alongside individuals and families fromĀ diverse backgrounds, strengthening her commitment to compassionate,Ā family-centered care. Her experiences raising three miracle boys furtherĀ enhanced her determination to advance safer, more supportive careĀ experiences. She is honored to serve on the Advisory Board of Family toĀ Family Support Network.
