Gretchen Clark, MSN, RNC-OB, C-ONQS, NEA-BC, is a nurse leader whose career has focused on improving care for women, infants, and families. Her experience spans bedside nursing, maternal-child health leadership, quality improvement, and system-level efforts to improve outcomes through evidence-based practice and collaboration.
As a second-career nurse, Gretchen brings a unique perspective on how systems, processes, and relationships shape the experiences of patients and families. Throughout her career, she has been drawn to the space between the care healthcare teams intend to provide and the care families actually experience. This perspective has fueled her commitment to improving communication, reducing barriers to care, and creating more supportive environments for patients and caregivers alike.
Gretchen is honored to serve on the Board of Family to Family Support Network and support its mission of connecting families and healthcare professionals through education, advocacy, and meaningful support.
